I've always been overwhelmed when mulling-over creating a traditional soutache piece with 'all those layers' wrapped around a single bead. It's a beautiful technique, but I've never had much faith in myself to keep 'even tension' and the neatness of stitches required. Now, your piece here DOES create a simpler and highly effective alternative! I love it, Nancy..your piece is amazing using just one ribbon!...I might be able to handle this! Awesome and thank you for sharing ☺️
